“I have a deep connection with Chiang Mai for many reasons. That is where I settled down to raise my family and grow roots. But, what truly caught my attention as a creator are the Karen Hill Tribe people residing in the area. They are wonderful craftsmen and women of silver jewelry. Furthermore, they only work with Silver of the highest grade, at least 98% pure. Lastly, the most touching for me is how they adapted and overcame challenges such as the opium trade and the devastating effects it was having on their community and recreated themselves into what they are today: expert craftsman. I wanted to support the local community that became my home and support their emancipation movement.”

If within 1 year any issue arises we will fix or exchange your jewelry for a new item except for items that are no longer in production or out of stock in which case we will issue a refund.
Aftercare
Karen Hill Tribe Silver is of the highest purity (98%-99%) so it will not rust. It can and will oxidize over time (the silver will become darker and lose some of its sparkle). But not to worry, you can bring back that original fine silver look by polishing your jewelry with a special silver polishing cloth. Alternatively there are many ways you can wash your silver with products you can find in your kitchen such as baking soda and vinegar.
90 day Trial
Fine Jewelry is personal. Although pictures are great for a first impression they aren’t quite like the real thing. When you get to touch and try on the jewelry that is when you will know for sure whether you love it or you don’t. At our core, we believe jewelry is meant to be worn and treasured. We give you 90 days to fall in love with your chosen fine jewelry and if during the period you don’t click, that’s fine you can return us the item for a full refund.
You can return to us your chosen fine jewelry piece during the period for a full refund. We will cover shipping fees as well. We do ask that you return the item to us in the same condition that you received it, package included.
Our philosophy:
Our fine jewelry is not mass-produced. It is, for the most part, handcrafted or hand-assembled. We are a family operation and we want to treat each creation as a work of art so we hold very limited stock of products. Most of our catalog is made to order which enables us more flexibility but most of all to make sure all of our creations are worn and treasured. As the Karen Hill Tribe use traditional tools to fashion fine silver into these creations, each piece will be slightly different and unique. Each product will have some uniqueness to them although they are the same design. We do our best to create your jewelry as quickly as possible and depending on the number of orders we receive, in some cases it can take us a week or two to get your order ready. Beautiful things take time right? In most cases, we can ship your treasure within 1-3 working days.
