Prohibited Activities/Content

The following are all obligations, prohibited activities and content that make a part of the Terms& Conditions of the use of the Service Nerolina. You agree to uphold the standard of conduct outlined by the following points. Any breach of these terms may result in the termination of your account and or legal penalties.

  1. Lawful Purposes Only. You may use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes. By accessing our website you agree to uphold yourself to a standard of conduct that does not infringe local laws or Thai laws governing conduct on the internet and or criminal conduct. You may not use the Website or Services or allow any third party to use the Website for any purposes that are determined by Nerolina to be immoral, unlawful, invasive, infringing, obscene, offensive, defamatory or fraudulent, or to engage in, promote or encourage illegal activity.
  2. Profanity. Your Materials/Content (as defined in our Terms & Conditions) may not contain any profane, hurtful, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate subject matter, as determined by Nerolina at our sole discretion.
  3. Private Information and Images. You may not post, disclose, or share any personal or private information about, or images of, minors or any third party without the consent of such third party (or a parent’s or guardian’s consent in the case of a minor).
  4. Violations of Third Party Rights. Your Materials must not violate, or encourage the violation of, the rights of any third party. These rights include intellectual property rights, rights of privacy, rights of publicity, or other legal rights of any third party. Nerolina may remove or block access to Your Materials upon receipt of proper notice of copyright infringement.
  5. Misrepresentation of Transmission Information. Forging, misrepresenting, omitting, or deleting message headers, return mailing information, and/or Internet protocol addresses to conceal or misidentify the origin of a message is prohibited.
  6. Viruses and Other Destructive Activities. You will not use the Services or allow any third party to use the Services for creating or sending Internet viruses that are intended to disrupt or modify in any way the Service or the ability of others to effectively use the Services. This includes creating or sending any kind of Internet viruses, worms or Troja horses, corrupted files, hoaxes or other items deemed destructive or deceptive, or for pinging, flooding, mail bombing or engaging in denial of service attacks. You will not attack or modify the Website and Services and all material required for the effective function of the service: any connected network, system, service or equipment.  
  7. Hacking. Hacking and related activities are not allowed. “Hacking” and all similar activities includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: illegally or without authorization, accessing computers, accounts or networks, penetrating or attempting to penetrate security measures, port scans, stealth scans, and other activities designed to assist in hacking.
  8. Spam. The generation, distribution, publishing, or unsolicited mass emailing, promotions, advertisements or other solicitations are prohibited by you or any third parties. Any form of spam by you or anyone acting on your behalf is prohibited. 
  9. Anonymous Proxies.You will not access or copy, modify or in any way temper any portion of the Services through any automated viewing, downloading or crawling systems. Nerolina does not allow the use of anonymous proxy scripts or any similar activity on its servers. 
  10. Child Pornography. You will not post, store display, transmit, sell, advertise or otherwise make child pornography available in any shape or form through the use of the Service. It is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, Nerolina is required by law to, and will notify law enforcement agencies when it becomes aware of child pornography being present or transmitted in any shape or form through the Service. 
  11. Other Prohibited Activities. Engaging in any activity that, in Nerolina discretion, actually or potentially disrupts, interferes with, competes with, or is harmful to the Services, Nerolina business, reputation, goodwill, customers and/or customer relations, or the ability of Nerolina customers to effectively use the Services, is prohibited. Your failure to cooperate with Nerolina in correcting or preventing violations of the Terms by, or that result from the activity of, Your Users (as defined in the Terms&Conditions) constitutes a violation of the Terms by you.
